About Industra Coffee Praha Holešovice
Industra Coffee Holešovice on Veletržní is the Prague espresso bar of Brno roastery Industra.Coffee, a specialty coffee name since 2013. Founders Petra Střelecká and Adam Obrátil trained in London at Prufrock Coffee and Taylor Street Baristas before opening on Masná street in Brno.
The roastery has since moved to Nová Zbrojovka in Brno and collected several Czech Brewers Cup titles. Here the colourful room and cheerful baristas serve espresso, V60, cold brew and batch brew from Industra's own roasts, with decaf and plant-based milks. Beans, subscriptions and brewing courses are available through the roastery. Hours are 7:30 to 18:30 on weekdays and 9:00 to 18:00 at weekends.
