About Arnie's Cake & Coffee
Arnie's Cake & Coffee is a gluten-free bakery and specialty coffee bar on Rooseveltova in central Pilsen. It bills itself as the first purely gluten-free bakery operation in the city. It is part of the Arnie's Fresh Bistro business.
The counter carries gluten-free cakes and mousse desserts alongside vegan, raw and low-carb sweets and a few savoury snacks, aimed at anyone living with food intolerances or allergies. Orders can be placed ahead through the e-shop and paid in person. The bar serves espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with plant-based milks available, and dogs are welcome.
