About Les Cookies de l'Espace

Les Cookies de l'Espace is a specialty coffee shop and cookie boutique on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine in Paris, opened in October 2024.

Founder Lou Maidenberg, a barista since 2010, began by selling cookies from a tricycle before opening a production lab in Montreuil in 2023. The cookies are handmade with organic butter and eggs, vergeoise sugar and label flour. The coffee bar pours espresso, V60 and batch brew from Tanat in Paris, with Café Suméria also named as a partner. It is laptop-friendly and step-free, with vegan options, seats outside, and children and dogs welcome.
