KALVE Coffee Caumartin is a specialty coffee café on Rue de Caumartin in Paris's 9th arrondissement, close to Opéra.
KALVE is a roaster from the Baltics that is B Corp and organic certified, trades directly with producers and won at Roast Masters 2025. Here it serves its own espresso and hand-brewed V60, plus batch brew, matcha and cacao, with Sproud plant-based milks and decaf at no extra charge. The interior draws on the idea of churches reimagined as secular places for community and reflection. Refills are discounted and bringing a cup earns a small saving. The café is step-free, there are seats outside, and children and dogs are welcome.
