About Finca.Lab

Finca.Lab is the Paris tasting room of Finca, an importer of Colombian specialty coffee, on Rue du Liban in Ménilmontant, in Paris's 20th arrondissement.

Finca, founded by Carlos Rangel, works directly with small independent farmers and sells micro-lots chosen by variety, process and origin, from regions such as Nariño, Huila and Quindío. Sebastián Pinzón, raised on coffee farms around Armenia in Colombia, oversees quality and develops fermentation-led sensory profiles. The lab is open to the public as a place to taste and meet, serving espresso, V60, batch brew, cold brew and nitro, with decaf and plant-based milks. There is wifi, room for laptops and a few seats outside. It is closed on Mondays.
