About Ambrosias

Ambrosias is a specialty coffee bar and superfood showroom by Adam Raw in central Ostrava, pouring BeBerry Coffee from Prague. The space combines a craft chocolate workshop with shelves of premium supplements, fermented breads, local goat milk, ceremonial matcha, cocoa and single-origin coffee beans. Customers browse and order through a simple online interface instead of a shopping cart, and a relaxation zone sits beside the bar. Adam Raw calls the approach rich minimalism.

Espresso, V60 and batch brew are on offer, and breakfast is served. Free wifi and laptop-friendly seating make longer stays easy, and dogs are welcome. Opening hours are 9:00 to 17:30 Tuesday to Friday and 10:00 to 15:30 on Saturday.
