About Erlik Kaffe (=KAFFE)
=Kaffe (Erlik Kaffe) is a specialty coffee bar and social enterprise at Lovisenberg in Oslo, owned by the Erlik Foundation.
The café employs and trains baristas who are recovering from substance abuse. Since 2017 it has provided more than 50,000 paid work hours to over 50 staff. The menu has hand-brewed pour-over, batch brew, espresso drinks and cold brew, with single-origin coffees from Solberg & Hansen. =Kaffe also sells a monthly coffee subscription, brewing equipment and gift packs online, and rents out a mobile espresso bike for events. The café is open on weekdays until mid-afternoon.
