About Byens Gulv - kaffe- & matbar
Byens Gulv is a specialty coffee and wine bar in Folketeaterpassasjen at Youngstorget in central Oslo, run with Fuglen.
The bar opened in February 2024 in a 26-square-meter room at the street entrance to the Byens Tak rooftop venue. It serves Fuglen coffee with pastries, sourdough rolls and small breakfast and lunch plates. In the evening it becomes a small wine bar with tasting flights. The room hosts small cultural events and can be booked for private use.
