concept coffee is a specialty coffee café on Ztracená street in Olomouc's old town, serving espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew. Plant-based milks are standard at the bar, and vegan options appear on the food side. Laptops are welcome during the day, dogs too, and outdoor seating opens in good weather. Card payment is accepted.
The café keeps weekday hours of 9:00 to 17:30 and opens 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays, closing on Sundays. The same street is home to the OCNO espresso bar, making Ztracená one of the busier coffee addresses in the centre of Olomouc.
