About Café Litera

Café Litera is a specialty coffee café inside the Red Church, the Research Library in Olomouc building on Bezručova street. The library welcomed the café into Červený kostel on 1 July with an opening party, and it serves readers, students and passers-by alike.

A multi-roaster line-up brings in Mazelab Coffee from Prague, Cafezal from Milan and Nomad Coffee from Barcelona. The bar offers espresso, filter coffee as V60 or batch brew, cold brew and nitro coffee, with decaf and plant-based milks. Vegan options, Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly tables suit long reading sessions, and there is outdoor seating and step-free access. It opens at 7:00 on weekdays and 10:00 at weekends.
