About Onsaya
ONSAYA COFFEE Hokancho is the main specialty coffee shop and roastery of ONSAYA COFFEE in Okayama. It stands on the Hokancho shopping street west of JR Okayama Station, and the roaster on its first floor roasts beans for all ONSAYA shops.
The menu usually has five light roasts and two dark roasts, brewed by hand, with a discount on a second cup. The name means sound tea house, and vintage speakers play music in the café, which also serves pasta and light meals.
