About ホントコーヒー / H_NNTO COFFEE
H_NNTO COFFEE is a specialty coffee stand inside the Jigoku Onsen Seifuso hot-spring inn in Minamiaso, Kumamoto.
Taku Kawatsu opened it in April 2024. Beans come from Fukuoka roaster manu coffee, and the Just For You coffee lets guests choose nel drip, paper drip, French press or AeroPress. A cascara blend uses coffee cherries grown in Minamiaso. There is a terrace, and an adjoining library for reading. It is closed on Tuesdays.
