ICOI COFFEE SUEHIRO is the coffee and bake shop of ICOI COFFEE, a specialty coffee roaster in Matsuyama. It serves drip coffee where customers choose from several of ICOI's own beans.
Roaster Kazuho Sasaki moved toward lighter roasts after installing a proper roaster in 2021, and the shop shares V60 recipes for home brewing. Scones, banana bread and lemon cake are baked for the counter and the online shop, and the shop stays open an hour later at weekends.
