Zéfir is a coffee and matcha bar serving specialty coffee in Madrid's Centro, on Calle del Espíritu Santo. The beans come from Bonanza Coffee, the Berlin roaster, and the bar works through espresso, batch brew and cold brew.
Matcha shares top billing with coffee, as the name makes clear, so the menu splits between the two. Decaf and plant-based milks are on hand for either side of the list. Dogs are welcome and cards are accepted. Hours run from 9:00 to 20:00 most days, with Saturday stretching to 21:00, which makes it as easy an afternoon stop as a morning one.
