About Stag's House Coffee
Stag's House Coffee roasts and serves specialty coffee from the Hylo building on Bunhill Row, near Old Street in London. The team sources only speciality-grade green coffee and roasts it fresh each week or to order, aiming for structure, sweetness and balance in each cup. The range covers espresso and filter coffees, including single-origin lots from Central and South American producers, and the bar serves espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew with decaf and plant-based milks.
The café works for a laptop session, with free wifi, and has outdoor seating, step-free access, vegan options and a welcome for dogs. Beans, drip bags, subscriptions and brewing kit are sold for home.
