About Gussy’s Ice Cream Parlour
Gussy’s Ice Cream Parlour is a family-run parlour in Claremont Park, London, and a sweeter alternative to a specialty coffee stop. It opened in 2022 in the new Brent Cross Town development, a few minutes from where the Bodur family has lived for more than 20 years.
The business goes back three generations. Gus Bodur's father ran an ice cream stall at Piccadilly Circus in the early 1950s, Gus started his own van around 1990 and later ran a café in Victoria Park, and his daughter Chloe launched her own van in 2020. Fresh fruit and ice cream remain the focus, making it a family stop in the park rather than a filter coffee destination.
