About Gleba António Augusto Aguiar – Padaria & Café de Especialidade

Gleba António Augusto Aguiar is a bakery and specialty coffee café on Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar in Lisbon, opened in 2024.

Gleba was founded by Diogo Amorim, who trained at Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck, and bakes naturally fermented bread from entirely Portuguese grain milled on stone. This shop, which took the bakery to 21 locations around Greater Lisbon, pairs loaves and pastries with a grocery section of granolas, flours, cheeses and craft beers. Coffee comes as espresso and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks, and breakfast and lunch are served with vegan options. It opens every day from seven until eight in the evening, with wifi and room for a laptop, and children and dogs are welcome.
