About Graycano Brew Bar

Graycano Brew Bar is the Leipzig specialty coffee bar of Graycano, the German maker of aluminium pour-over drippers. It is the place to see that gear in use: filter coffee is brewed by hand, with batch brew, espresso and cold brew alongside, and nitro coffee is on the menu too. Coffee from Blind Monkey in Dublin has featured on the bar, and vegan options and plant-based milks are available.

Opening on weekdays from 7am, the bar on Zwickauer Straße suits an early coffee on the way to work or a longer laptop session with wifi. Outdoor seating, step-free access and a welcome for kids and dogs complete the picture.
