About Café Mitsu
Café Mitsu is a specialty coffee bike in Leipzig, trading from Karl-Heine-Platz in Lindenau. Its coffee is imported directly from small organic farmer cooperatives, and the bike serves espresso, filter coffee, cold brew and decaf, with plant-based milks.
Opening hours are short, usually Friday and Saturday afternoons, and the bike also appears seasonally at plant markets and university events and can be booked for catering. The team is connected to SiMMiNi, a stationary café and wine bar. Children and dogs are welcome, and vegan options are available.
