About Colbergcoffee Palarnia Kawy
Colbergcoffee is a family-run specialty coffee roastery and café on Dubois street in the old town of Kołobrzeg, roasting since 2018.
Samuel chooses the green coffee and sets the roast profiles, Zuzanna runs the café and Estera looks after the visual identity. Small batches are roasted on a drum roaster, and the range runs to dozens of single origins and blends from Brazil, East Africa, Central America and Asia-Pacific, in light, medium and dark roasts, with decaf too. On the bar the coffee is served as espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with plant-based milks, matcha and loose-leaf teas. Children and dogs are welcome and there are seats outside.
