About LIMA COFFEE
LIMA COFFEE ROASTERS is a specialty coffee roaster and café in Kobe's Motomachi, set in a historic Western-style building. The name comes from the Indonesian word for five, reflecting the five sensory qualities the shop looks for in coffee.
Beans are sourced worldwide and roasted in house, with around fifteen varieties for sale. Each cup is brewed individually by siphon and served with pastries such as canelés in a 17-seat room with counter, table and sofa seats.
