About Parallel Coffee
Parallel Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster in Glasgow with a café at its Enterprise Park unit on Drakemire Drive. The name refers to the coffee belt between the tropics, and the roasting sits at the lighter end of the spectrum to show off origin, altitude and variety.
The café pours its own coffee as espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and alternative milks. Lunch is served, wifi and a laptop-friendly set-up suit a working session, and children and dogs are welcome. Opening is weekday and Saturday daytimes only, and the business also sells beans, equipment and barista training.
