About SHERPACOFFEEROASTERS
SHERPA COFFEE is a specialty coffee roastery café in Gifu's Souden district, opened in 2006. The owner works as an international coffee judge, and the café roasts its own beans and serves single-origin espresso drinks and nitro draft coffee.
The twelve-seat room pairs coffee with homemade baked goods such as tiramisu. Customers now order and pay before being seated. There are ten parking spaces, and it is closed on Tuesdays.
