About SOZE Kaffebar & Risteri
SOZE Kaffebar & Risteri is a specialty coffee bar and roastery inside the Helios cinema and culture house in Faaborg. It calls itself the town's only coffee roastery.
The team imports its own green beans, mostly organic, after selecting and test-roasting them, then roasts several times a week right in the café. Each origin gets its own roast profile, and many are blended afterwards. Beans are sold over the counter and ground to order while customers wait. The café also serves lunch and cakes in a wood-lined room with views over the South Funen archipelago and the new harbour bath, and it opens daily, making it a stop before or after a film.
