From the roaster
We have been working with Merci for three years and we are excited to have this Bourbon variety. In the cup expect a beautiful representation of washed bourbon coffee from the Colasay region in Peru with crisp and complex acidity, medium to full body with smooth mouthfeel and flavours of sweet pink apple, honey, nectarine, brown sugar and black tea.
