ORSO buys specialty Arabica scoring at least 80 points and has it roasted locally by a Romanian specialty roaster to keep it fresh. The bar pairs espresso, cappuccino and filter coffee with panini, tapas and prosecco, so it works as a morning coffee stop and a place for an aperitivo later. It also sells its coffee and other products online. Its line: specialty coffee is not a trend but a promise.
