About Lil' BOUCHE
Lil' BOUCHE is an espresso-only specialty coffee bar on Rue des Eperonniers in central Brussels, set in the former Minet Frères bookstore.
The menu is deliberately short and devoted to espresso. Four specialty coffees from the Dutch roaster Friedhats rotate on the grinders, alongside an exclusive blend from Wide Awake, and any of them can be ordered as an espresso, cortado, flat white or espresso tonic, or tasted side by side as a coffee flight. Recent lots have included an anaerobic Rwanda from Gasharu, a washed Burundi Gitwe and a natural Ethiopian from Daniel Alemayehu. The shop sits behind a listed facade and is run by Antoine Cornil, who is also behind Bouche and My Little Cup.
Brewing espresso, v60, batch brew.
