About I/O Coffee
I/O Coffee is a weekend specialty coffee bar on Pellicova street in Brno, serving guest roasters from across Europe. European Coffee Trip lists beans from Nomad Coffee in Barcelona, Aliena Coffee Roasters in Rome and Five Elephant in Berlin.
The bar prepares espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks on offer. Opening hours are short and specific: Friday afternoons from 13:00 to 18:00, then 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays, closed Monday to Thursday. There is outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi, children and dogs are welcome, and cards are accepted.
