About FAINE
FAINE is a plant-based specialty coffee café on Janáčkovo náměstí in Brno's Veveří, inside the Masaryk University Faculty of Arts building. European Coffee Trip lists Brno's Jokes Aside Coffee Roasters, and the café's own posts have featured single origins from guest roasters such as Rusty Nails.
A courtyard garden sits behind the café. Espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew are on offer, alongside decaf and house lemonades in flavours like lavender and jasmine. The menu is billed as plant-based, with vegan pastries, brunch plates such as toast with hummus, and jams made with fruit from the garden, including figs. Brunch needs a reservation. Retail beans and FAINE merchandise are sold, and the garden has outdoor seating that welcomes children and dogs.
