About Manole Coffee Roastery
Manole Coffee Roastery is a specialty coffee shop on Bulevardul 15 Noiembrie in Brașov, run by the family roaster Manole Coffee.
Manole started as a one-person mobile café at festivals and markets around Romania before settling in Brașov, and it is now a family business with its own roastery producing around a tonne of coffee a month for its cafés and more than 20 partners. The founder is still known for selling coffee near the Dramatic Theatre in the mornings. This café pours the house roasts as espresso drinks, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant milks, and it is open every day.
