About Symple Coffee Mitte
Symple Mitte is the Auguststraße café of Symple Coffee Roasters, serving specialty coffee in Berlin-Mitte. Symple was founded in 2020 by two friends, Luca and Nico, and roasts its own espresso and filter coffees at a production roastery in Lichtenberg, with an emphasis on transparent, fair relationships with producers.
The Mitte bar treats filter seriously, with a rotating choice of V60 pour-overs and two batch brews alongside espresso and cold brew, plus decaf and plant-based milks. Breakfast is served, there is a small wine list for daytime drinking, and the space is laptop-friendly, step-free and welcoming to children and dogs, with outdoor seating in the Gallery District.
