KAWA Roastery's Kreuzberg coffeeshop pours the Berlin roaster's specialty coffee on Wrangelstraße. KAWA is a small independent roaster that sells freshly roasted coffee directly rather than through chains, and it names transparency and fairness toward people and the environment as its core values.
Here the bar covers espresso, V60 filter, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks. Breakfast is served with vegan options, and wifi and a laptop-friendly setup make it a practical base in the Wrangelkiez. Kids and dogs are welcome and there is outdoor seating. Beans from the range, from espresso and filter roasts to limited editions, are available to take home.
