About Dak Showroom
Dak Showroom is the tasting space of Dak Coffee Roasters, the Amsterdam specialty coffee roaster, on Bellamyplein in Oud-West, Amsterdam.
Dak calls it a tasting-focused space rather than a traditional café, a place to slow down and explore what makes each coffee different, with questions welcome at any level. Dak roasts on Nieuwendammerdijk and leans light and aromatic, with single origins and experimental processing. The bar serves espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, and tastings can be booked in the room at the back. Beans, brewing tools and merchandise line the shelves. It opens daily, eight to five on weekdays and nine to five at weekends, with wifi and seats outside.
