About De Koffiemolen Alkmaar
De Koffiemolen is a coffee bar on Ritsevoort in central Alkmaar that serves organic specialty beans from Dutch roaster Bocca.
Owners Jeff and Esmee keep two espresso options plus decaf on the grinder, used for cappuccino, flat white and other milk drinks, next to matcha latte. Food includes homemade cakes, organic breakfast and lunch and fresh sandwiches. The café is set up for families, with a play area upstairs, a toy basket downstairs and a children's menu with babyccinos. It is also used by students and freelancers and can be booked for meetings on weekdays.
